The COSRX BHA Blackhead Power Liquid is a chemical exfoliant formulated with 4% betaine salicylate, a gentle yet effective BHA that helps to unclog pores, reduce blackheads, and prevent breakouts. Enriched with willow bark water and niacinamide, this liquid exfoliator not only targets excess sebum and dead skin buildup but also improves skin tone and texture over time. It clears congested pores without irritation, making it a staple for smoother, clearer skin.

After cleansing and toning, apply a small amount of the liquid to a cotton pad or directly onto the face, focusing on areas with blackheads or congestion. Allow it to absorb fully before applying serums or moisturizer. Use 2–3 times a week at first, then increase frequency as tolerated. Avoid using with other strong acids or retinoids on the same day. Always follow with sunscreen during the day, as BHA can increase sun sensitivity.
