After shampooing, gently squeeze excess water from hair. Apply an appropriate amount of treatment to the mid-lengths and ends, avoiding the scalp if hair tends to get oily. Leave on for 3–5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. For extra cooling care, leave on a little longer before rinsing.
