Shampoo first: Clean your hair thoroughly with your regular shampoo.  Remove excess water: Gently towel-dry your hair so it’s damp but not dripping.  Apply treatment: Use a suitable amount, distribute evenly from mid-lengths to ends—avoid the scalp. Leave on briefly: Let it sit for 1 to 3 minutes (maximum 5 min for extra damaged hair). Leaving it on too long may weaken hair, as it's a protein-heavy formula.  Rinse thoroughly: Use lukewarm water to remove all residue.  Proceed as usual: Dry and style normally after rinsing.
