Beplain's Mung Bean Balancing Toner is a gentle, alcohol-free toner formulated to balance and hydrate the skin. Infused with 42.6% Mung Bean Seed Extract, this toner helps to purify the skin, remove impurities, and restore lost moisture, leaving the skin soft and supple. The inclusion of Polyhydroxy Acid (PHA) provides gentle exfoliation, effectively clearing pores and smoothing skin texture without irritation. Additionally, the toner contains AQUAXYL™, a patented ingredient that enhances skin hydration by reinforcing the skin's moisture barrier. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, this toner offers a refreshing finish with a pH-balanced formula of 4.0–5.0

After cleansing, dispense an appropriate amount of the toner onto a cotton pad or your hands. Gently sweep over your face and neck, avoiding the eye area. For enhanced hydration, gently pat the toner into the skin until fully absorbed. Use twice daily, in the morning and evening, as part of your skincare routine.
