After cleansing, dispense an appropriate amount of toner onto your palm or a cotton pad. Gently pat it onto your face and neck to promote absorption. For areas requiring extra care, you can use the toner as a mask by soaking a cotton pad and applying it to the affected area for 10–15 minutes.
